  1. Operator ProduksiSee Requirements

    Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

    1. Mengoperasikan mesin produksi sesuai dengan jadwal produksi. Membantu mengawasi produk, peralatan dan juga kemungkinan bahaya yang terjadi.
    2. Mematuhi peraturan kebersihan, keselamatan dalam bekerja.

     

    Persyaratan :

    1. Usia maksimal 25 tahun.
    2. Minimal lulusan Sekolah Menengah Atas, SMK atau STM jurusan teknik.
    3. Bersedia bekerja shift.

  2. Logistic & Warehouse Assistant ManagerSee Requirements

    Main Responsibilities :

    • Calculate logistic cost ratio each delivery than confirm logistic rate to vendor logistic company and manage control logistic cost ratio within target range of budget that use vendor transporter company.
    • Monitoring and assure received PO is delivered according to sales requirement.
    • In charge for daily operation for both material and finished product warehouse.
    • Responsible for overall stock opname activity at material and finished product warehouse.
     
    Job Requirements :
    • Age max. 35 years old.
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
    • Good Command in English, both written and spoken.
    • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Warehouse and Logistic as Supervisor or Assitant Manager at FMCG Industry.
    • Good knowledge about shipping functions and inventory management.
    • Computer literate of MS Office : Word, Excel, Outlook.
    • Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse.

  3. Purchasing Assistant ManagerSee Requirements

    Job Responsibilities :

    • Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of a team of professionals who purchase goods, materials, supplies, and services that meet the organization’s standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply.
    • Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers, related with order for raw material and supporting production for Quality Control Product Development, Maintenance and Production.
    • Communicate and coordinate actively with forwarder to ensure that import and custom clearance process run smoothly until cargo released and arrived at Factory.
    • Collate complete document (Invoice, P.O, D.O and R.R) needed for payment  purpose and submit to Finance and Accounting Dept.
    • Coordinate actively with supplier regarding delivery for order of packaging material.
    • Check and approved supplier evaluation for Raw and Pack Material (overseas supplier) according to company procedure and period.
    • Manage updated Purchasing data at system.

  4. Trade Marketing ManagerSee Requirements

    Job Responsibilities :

    • Manage trade and channel activities by developing strategy, implementing activity and evaluating.
    • Handle all trade promotion activity and implement promotion activity.
    • Manage SPG/MD all channel.
    • Update competitor product and promotion information to build counter measure and strategy.
    • Supervision work to subordinate.

     

    Job Requirements :

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  5. Maintenance Mechanical SupervisorSee Requirements

    Main Responsibilites :

    • Assists Maintenance Manager to maintains systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts; supervising staff.
    • Supervision work to subordinate.
    • Maintain safe and clean working environment.

     

    Job Requirements :

    • Graduate of Bachelor Mechanical Engineering.
    • Min. 2 years work experience in Engineering area or Maintenance in Food Industry or related.
    • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, HALAL, & ISO.
    • Good Command in English and Bahasa.
    • Have strong leadership, work under pressure and proactive.

  6. Cost Sales AnalystSee Requirements

    Main Responsibilities :

    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Sales Cost Analyst.

  7. Key Account SupervisorSee Requirements

    Main Responsibilities :

    • Develop & implement strategy and plan for his/her accounts, based on modern trade strategy.
    • Manage and control customer profitability by ensuring effective & efficient usage of expense, especially promotion expense(Promotion expense management)
    • Prepare accurate sales forecast
    • Drive market development and enhance Share of Shelf in his/her accounts.
    • Build strong & committed customer relationship to each account, key account distributor as well as local distributors
    • Books agreed order and follows through until delivered.
    • Account Receivable management
    • Oversee team management & coordination with area sales team on customer plan’s execution
    • Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination   with MT sales manager.
    • Responsible for the over-all generation of sales of assigned accounts: sales report

     

    Requirements :

  8. Accounting & Tax ManagerSee Requirements

    Main Responsibilities :

    • Direct and monitor a variety of accounting activities to ensure that the organization’s financial resources are managed in accordance with accounting principles and comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
    • These  activities may include accounts payable and receivable; general ledger maintenance; financial analysis and reporting; budgeting, revenue, and asset accounting.
    • Review all financial reports and accounting statements to ensure they have been accurately prepared.
    • Provide technical expertise and advice on complex accounting issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.
    • Select, and manage ongoing relationships with, external consultants and advisors (for example accounting firms) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
    • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of accounting professionals to ensure that accounting activities are completed accurately and on time.
    • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s business processes and play a prominent role in the preparation of various performance measurement reports for the accounting and treasury teams.
    • Coordinate and prepare the budget for all departments.
    • Ensure integrity of financial reporting to protect company assets and maximize profits
    • Ensure all accounts comply with current Indonesian Accounting Policies.
    • Review, recommend and keep current, accounting policies and standard operating procedures
    • Ensure financial reporting delivered is accurate and informative
    • All financial accounting related functions.
    • Deals with all local banks and auditors

     

    Requirements :

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
    • Required skill(s): tax issue, finance and investment analysis, Accounting And Financial Analysis.
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
    • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Accounting & Tax.
