Our products are ranging from chewing gum, candy and biscuits. PT LOTTE Indonesia established in 1993 as our manufacture company, produces LOTTE Global brands such as LOTTE Xylitol and LOTTE Chocopie. We also have Koala March biscuits and TOPPO.

  1. Area Sales Supervisor BandungSee Requirements

    Main Responsibilities :

    • Implement strategy and plan for the whole area sales accordance with overall channel strategy and each customer to deliver sales target.
    • Manage customer profitability by ensuring effective & efficient usage of expense, especially promotion expense (Promotion expense management).
    • Prepare accurate sales forecast.
    • Build strong & committed customer relationship to national and local modern trade account as well as local distributors.
    • Books agreed order and follows through until delivered.
    • Local distributor terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with Sales Director.
    • Supervision work to subordinate.

     

    Requirements :

    • Age max. 37 years old.
    • Must be graduate min. Diploma degree any major but prefer have experience in manage sales area.
    • Have strong motivation to learn about sales in Food industry.
    • Work under pressure and tight deadline.
    • Familiar manage around Bandung Area.
    • Preferably currently position as Supervisor Sales in FMCG Company.
  2. Regional Sales Manager - SumateraSee Requirements

    Job Responsibilites :

    • Develop & implement strategy and plan for the whole regional sales accordance with overall channel strategy and each customer to deliver sales target.
    • Manage and control customer profitability by ensuring effective & efficient usage of expense, especially promotion expense(Promotion expense management)
    • Prepare accurate sales forecast
    • Drive market development and enhance Share of Shelf in his/her accounts.
    • Build strong & committed customer relationship to national and local modern trade account as well as local distributors.
    • Books agreed order and follows through until delivered.
    • Sales Return Management.
    • Oversee team management & coordination with head office team and SPG MD on MT KA plan’s execution.
    • Local distributor terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination   with Sales Director.
    • Responsible for the over-all generation of sales of assigned accounts: Sales report, monthly AR report, Return analysis report.
    • Supervision work to subordinate.
    • Handle region area all Sumatra Island.

     

    Job Requirements :

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
    • Required language(s): English
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Traditional Trade Channel FMCG industry, prefer handle Distributor.
    • Passion in Sales, Customer oriented.
    • High level of Sales management, negotiational and influencing skills.
    • Ability to read and analyse market trends.
    • Preferably Manager level specializing in Sales - General and Traditional Trade.
    • Willing to work in Medan - Sumatera Utara.

  3. Maintenance Utility SupervisorSee Requirements

    Job Responsibilities :

    • Assists Maintenance Manager to maintains systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts; supervising boiler, water treatment.
    • Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility.
    • Facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.

     

    Job Requirements :

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
    • Experience maintain utility and electrical area.
    • Experience handle Boiler, Water Treatment, Compressor, HVAC.
    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in utility and electrical is required for this position.
    • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Electrical.
    • Willing to work in Kawasan Industri MM2100 Cibitung Bekasi.

  4. Deputy National Sales Manager (Traditional)See Requirements

    Main Responsibilities :

    • Managing 4 Regional area to contribute in achieving company objective (sales, profitability) by developing and implementing sales strategy in these 4 regions.

     

    Requirements :

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
    • Excellent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
    • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in FMCG industry to handle traditional channel, manage distributors and 5 years as Regional Sales Manager.
    • Had Good Leadership, Good communication with internal or eksternal network.
    • Had Good Bussiness networking, Aggressive, High Motivation.
    • Had Good attitude and passion to Sales.
    • Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Sales Traditional Channel.
